Incooling uses two-phase cooling technology for data centers. One of three teams in the first deep-tech venture building cohort, Incooling has already raised significant investment, secured a co-development project with GIGABYTE, a global leader in server manufacturing, and is one of two startups worldwide accepted into Intel’s GrowthX Global Innovation Platform.
